the team (Client, Developer and Designer), creating sites that succeed.
Whether you want assistance with project management, storyboards
for every page, or a single custom-designed button, Studio Abuzz

Design time can be greatly reduced if a Client has a defined business
identity and can provide graphics for use on the web site. However,
many Clients need a “new look” or they are just getting
started and need to develop an entire corporate identity. In addition
to site design, Studio Abuzz will also produce custom logos, business
cards, stationary or any other print material that may be needed.
You and your Clients will benefit from the professional, detailed,
personal service offered by Studio Abuzz. Each and every site design
is created with four basic principals that assure the site will succeed.
The site will be designed to:

- Convey pertinent, valuable content
Although the process might be different for your project, I usually
create 2-3 storyboards of the Home page for a Client’s approval.
A Storyboard is
a static layout of the page showing graphics, buttons, links and area
for copy. Storyboards are usually started after the Client has approved
a Site Schematic
and a Client Content
Map. Having these two items in place before the actual design
process begins saves valuable time (money) and keeps the project moving
forward.
These vary widely and can be estimated more accurately after an initial
interview when the scope of the project is discussed. The interview
is followed up with a Project Confirmation Agreement in which the
specifications of, and fee for, the project are detailed. Upon receiving
an executed Project Confirmation Agreement and a deposit equal to
25% of the total estimated fee, I'll get busy as a bee on it! |
